Fundraiser Event Donation Request Letter
Hello!
A couple off-road clubs and a local business are combining efforts to raise money for a cause near and dear to our hearts. We are hoping your business would be willing to help us out.
We are holding this event on May 17, 2025, to celebrate a national event “Got Topless Day” where the money we raise will be given at The Crawl 4 The Cure, an annual event 4x4 enthusiasts enjoy off-roading and raise money for a great cause, Multiple Sclerosis.
Our hopes are to raise a minimum of $20,000 to help fight multiple sclerosis and with your help we can achieve this goal and then some. We are hoping you will be willing to donate anything from money, products, swag, social media share of our event or a combination to help us out. There are three levels of sponsorships opportunities we are offering: Platinum ($1,500+) receives logos on all posters, three specific social posts, all advertising, T-shirts and print as well as webpage and event banners. Gold ($1,000+) receives one specific social post, t-shirts and webpage. Silver ($500+) sponsors are advertised in group social posts and event website.
